9.0地理位置极其优越！8th avenue转角就是地铁站，可以乘坐E线直达Jamaica，非常方便乘坐air train去JFK机场！省去了拖着行李大包小包走的麻烦。酒店离Penn station也很近，如果坐Amtrak去其他城市也很方便！
− 曼哈顿实在是太繁华了，有点吵闹。但住在市区中心，似乎也无法避免……

8.0Loved the location.. good walking distance to most things.. staff were pretty friendly . Showed genuine concern when we were stuck in the lift for 10 minutes .
− Breakfasts advertised at $24 but charged $31 each. Cocktails i felt a little expensive from the bar Room a little pokey but was okay and serviced daily. Wanted a room with a view but not sure we got a view . The harbour for me would have been a better view.

8.0La posizione e la vista dalla nostra camera era fantastica a due passi da tutto e con metro sotto l’hotel. Buona anche la colazione per lo più salata, la classica americana anche se mi aspettavo di trovare anche i classici pancake a colazione. Noi avevamo la colazione compresa ed è stato un grande vantaggio sia economico (perché costa circa 30 dollari a persona) sia di tempo la mattina, poi ci facevano trovare sempre 2 bottiglie d’acqua in frigo e al check-in ci hanno regalato 2 buoni per due cocktail al bar dell’Hotel ed un gettone di 25 dollari da poter spendere al mini market della struttura! La signorina Brittney è stata molto gentile e disponibile con noi e la ringrazio per questo. Insomma consigliato assolutamente!
− Alcuni membri dello staff erano poco empatici e alquanto sbrigativi nell’ascoltarci; l’ascensore dati i 41 piani spesso si faceva attendere ma nulla di sconvolgente.

9.0La ubicación era inmejorable. La habitación un poco escasa para 4 personas (nosotros fuimos 4), para dos personas sería perfecta. Las camas muy bien y en general todo, fue una estancia agradable.
− Al darnos la opción de coger una habitación para 4, la habitación podría haber sido un poquito mas grande por comodidad. Pero realmente no fue algo que no me gustase sino un comentario de mejora.

− Pouca opção no café da manhã, reservei para 4 pessoas porém o hotel só fornece café da manhã para 2 pessoas, tive de pagar a parte para os outros 2. 24$ mais taxas por cada pessoa, sinceramente não vale a pena pagar pois encontra opções melhores na rua e mais barato

8.0Propreté absolument nice ainsi que le décor. Comme c'était pour mon anniversaire ils m'ont offerts un coupon de 25$ et décoré ma chambre, j'ai beaucoup apprécié merci beaucoup.
− Accueil très froide à la réception comparé au autres hôtels. Les gardes de la sécurité sont extrêmement froide aucun bonjour ils nous regardent avec attitude aucun entregent et vraiment pas s'impa. Ça nous rend mal à l'aise !
