10.0The room was huge with a very comfy couch
Surpassed having best value! The room feels so comfortable I didn't want to leave!
10.0This hotel is located within walking distance to the train station (about 5 minutes) and 15 mins walk to the Bambu Forest! My designer room is so spacious- not only it fit a king size bed and sofa, a toilet room and separate shower/bath room. The room appears brand new with a TV hung far from the bed (a minimum of 25 ft in length). The bed is very comfortable with crisp cotton linen. Drinking water is supplied for free from a water dispenser. It does not provide a garden view, which I knew it, however, it faces the street with far away Arashiyama mountains. The staff helped figure out take local bus lines to the Daitoku jin Daijiin Temple.

10.0The hotel room completely exceeded my expectations- the wifi was super fast, the room was extremely big which I'm super satisfied with, the staff were very helpful in calling a taxi/ if I needed any help, there was also free water stations in each floor so I didn't need to buy any water, everything was so handy and this hotel made me feel like I was staying in a 5-star hotel with very good prices

・For the guest that stay several nights, bed linens and room attire will be changed every two nights (3rd and 5th nights)
・Towel changes, replenishment of consumable goods, and simple cleaning will be performed on designated days (2nd and 4th nights)
・On the 3rd and 5th nights, Regular cleaning will be conducted for hygiene purpose. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.
