Decepción total con el servicio de limpieza
4.0− El apartamento tiene cosas positivas, pero el servicio de limpieza fue inaceptable. Nos alojamos durante 7 días y se nos indicó expresamente que el personal de limpieza pasaría cada 4 días. Sin embargo, nadie vino a limpiar durante toda la semana. Tuvimos que usar las mismas toallas los 7 días y no se hizo ningún tipo de mantenimiento en el piso. En un alojamiento de este tipo, la higiene y el cumplimiento de lo que se promete es fundamental, y aquí han fallado por completo en ambas cosas.
