− concernant l' accueil, une personne nous a accueillit mais ensuite nous n' avons vu personne ... propreté, la chambre n' a pas été faite, lits non faient, ménage idem, Panne de papier toilette juste un rouleau pour 4 personnes nous avons dû aller fouiller dans les placards de l' accueil pour en trouver
