9.0The location was perfect. Nice and central to get around Florence.
− During the hot summer, having to keep the roller blinds down to keep the heat out, darkens the rooms, but a small price to pay for an amazing place.

10.0The property has a great location. Just step outside the building and you are in all the activities. Multiple restaurants and shops start outside the door. The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. The front bedroom may have some street noise at night. Our only regret was the temperatures were too hot to enjoy the balcony. The apartment is on the 5 th floor. The lift goes to the 4 th floor. Communications with the management company was always timely and helpful. We were greeted by a member of the company to show us around the apartment and suggestions on restaurants and markets. We would book property again.

− The locks on the doors broke and we had to wait about 2-3 hours for them to be fixed after traveling close to 24 hours
Perfect apartment for a large group. Perfect location.
10.0Perfect for our group. So much room for everyone and the location was absolutely perfect. Ponte Vecchio was a 2 minute walk and all the other attractions were only a few minutes away. When we needed help we received it very quickly.
− The only thing I would suggest is an awning or umbrella for the rooftop patio. It was far too hot to sit there until the sun had gone down. And the furniture could use a refresh.
