10.0The room was clean, the air conditioning worked great, and the location is incredibly central—within walking distance of almost every attraction you'd want to see. A day before arrival, Lorenzo contacted me on WhatsApp. He was extremely nice, shared a ton of great recommendations, and was always available throughout the entire trip.
− The only minor downside was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, but overall we had a wonderful stay
