The facilities where great, nice and helpful staff. Great size on the rooms.

− Good to know: If you stay for more then three days you will start too get the same breakfast set that you did from the first morning.

The staff at the front desk were very attentive and helpful when we needed help for anything and during checkout and check in. We were having trouble with forwarding our luggage but they went out of their way to help us. The onsen was excellent and very clean. The food in their restaurant was also delicious. The rooms were very spacious, but I would say it may be more fitting for a group that is four or less.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. Sleek, clean interior and incredibly helpful staff. Our room was excellent, the tatami well-kept and our bedding very comfortable. The yukata and slippers were nice too. The shower room was a little small, but had both a showerhead + stool and a bathtub which was great. We went to the onsen every night and enjoyed it very much. Both the wood and stone options were delightful, and there was an excellent range of baths available (sauna, regular, open-air, cold plunge). There was also a coin laundry room available that we took full advantage of. The dinner was incredible as well. My party consisted of pescatarians and vegetarians and the restaurant was dutiful in accommodating us. The traditional food was excellent and the sake was strong! The spa treatments were great too. Additionally, there were some excellent restaurants nearby that you can't find online. A great bakery, and a Michelin starred ramen place!

− The location was a bit far from the closest bus or train stations, but nothing that was too inconvenient. The nearest train station is about a 7-10 minute walk away, as is the closest conbini.

Natürlich war das Onsen das Highlight des Hotels. Wer einmal erst die Waschung vollzieht, dann das heiße Bad genießt, in die 90 Grad Sauna geht und anschließend sich im kalten Becken abkühlt, fühlt sich wie neu geboren 🤩. Das Hotel hat auch ein sehr freundliches Personal und die Massage sollte man auch einmal gebucht haben, wenn man in dem Hotel ist. Das Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt und ist sehr sauber.

It was a wonderful time. I'll defintely come back here again if I can.
