A parte qualche disagio, tutto sommato l’esperienza è stata piacevole soprattutto grazie alla ottima posizione della str
6.0L’appartamento era moderno e abbastanza pulito, la posizione è ottima, a due passi da Piazza San Marco.
− Alcuni lavori di manutenzione sarebbero necessari: lo scarico di una doccia era intasato, la pressione dell’acqua era molto debole e l’acqua calda durava poco. Tutto ciò rappresenta un disagio soprattutto per 8 persone che condividono due bagni. Dovrebbero essere sistemate anche le scale del palazzo, soprattutto un gradino del tutto rotto che può essere pericoloso! Inoltre, nell’annuncio andrebbe specificato che le stanze che vengono mostrate nelle foto appartengono a due appartamenti diversi, uno al secondo piano e uno al terzo. Prima della prenotazione non ci è stato comunicato quale ci sarebbe stato assegnato e la relativa struttura.

− Sehr dreckig, Steckdosen teilweise ohne Funktion, mansche Steckdosen lagen einfach so im Schacht, Eingangsbereich so schlimm, Möbel sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen, Stühle alle kaputt etc…. Die vorherigen Bewertungen zeigen den Zustand ja schon
