− L'email avec les instructions de check-in et check-out n'étaient pas du tout clair, les informations "sautent de ligne", les phrases sont coupées, difficile de trouver les informations nécessaires. Le Wifi n'a pas fonctionné pendant tout le séjour (mais c'était peu important pour nous et nous n'avons pas réclamé)
