Appartement cosy et idéalement placé
8.0Emplacement très bien positionné: au calme, particulièrement durant la nuit, il est idéal pour se reposer après une journée passée à flâner dans les ruelles de Venise, tout en étant très proche des lieux touristiques de Cannaregio (ghetto, eglise Madona dell'orto, les restaurants de la fondamenta dei ormesi et plus loin des rio terra Farsetti et S. Leonardo). Proche des arrêts vaporetto Guglie (murano, burano) et S. Marcuola (grand canal, rialto, san Marco etc..) pour les visites, il est également aisé de s'y rendre à pied depuis la gare (pour qui veut éviter d'entamer son pass actv trop vite par exemple). Une supérette Conad se trouve également tout près côté nord. La cuisine n'est pas grande mais fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Le lit est confortable et l'appartement très silencieux, on y dort très bien. Organisation impeccable des proprietaires et acces facile viennent compléter le tableau.
− Pas vraiment un reproche mais quelquechose à savoir: L'appartement est peut être un peu sombre si vous y prévoyez des pauses en milieu journée (la piece principale est exposé sur un seul coté). Partant généralement la journée entière, ça ne m'a pas gêné, mais celà reste à conseiller plutôt aux personnes souhaitant faire des excursions en journée, pour au retour profiter d'un moment de calme en soirée, avant éventuellement de repartir explorer les bars et restaurants alentours.
