− A garázsként szolgáló helyiségben a galambokkal és galambürülékekkel kellene valamit kezdeni. A wifi nemhogy nem gyors, hanem a nullával egyenlő.

7.0Molto ben collegato con l’aeroporto e vicino un grandissimo supermercato. La stanza era pulita e il letto comodo. Acqua gratis in reception h24. Il receptionist Nufail molto gentile e disponibile.
− La colazione è un po’ scarsina ma mi è stata offerta gratis quindi non mi lamento. dormendo con la finestra aperta c era molto rumore fuori la notte. Il bagno è estremamente piccolo e nella doccia l’acqua esce solo dall alto rendendo impossibile non bagnarsi i capelli. Alla fine sono stata per un breve soggiorno e mi adatto a tutto quindi questo non ha inciso sulla mia permanenza.

8.0Very close to the tram stop so easy access into Florence. Easy check in and friendly helpful staff. Accessible parking nearby
− Rooms a bit dated in places but perfectly acceptable. Bathroom showing signs of mould around the shower but was clean. Had to queue to get card for parking when arrived then return to book in, which was fine but on checkout had to move the car, drive round and return the car ticket to reception which meant leaving car and kids double parked and having to go up in lift again to reception. Would have probably preferred to have just paid the parking as we left and not have to rerun the ticket.

10.0What can I say? Absolutely the best place to stay! Great value. Great staff at the reception. Great breakfast and welcome champagne. What can a traveler ask for? We stayed here for two nights and the staff: Marie and Lucky were super friendly and helpful. They even helped us schedule a taxi pick up at 4 am. I highly recommend this hotel to families and folks looking for a great value for your money!
− The only downside. Old plumbing creates the least fresh smells in the bathroom 😆 Also I wish Italian hotels and Airbnbs would provide extra pillows!
