Unbesetzte Reception und dann angelogen von telefonischer Auskunft!
1.0− Die Rezeption war nicht wie angegeben jeden Tag besetzt. Als wie im Ernstfall Unterstüzung benötigten, mussten wir vier mal auf die angegebene Nr. anrufen, bevor sich jemand meldete. Die Person am Telefon bot dann Hilfe an und sagte, sie rufe schnelltsmöglich zurück, was dann aber niemals passiert ist! Wir haben über eine Stunde an der leeren Rezeption gewartet. Absolut inkompetent, unfreundlich und eigentlich inakzeptabel!
