2.0La struttura è di fatto un Ostello (che dovrebbe crederci un po' di più) localizzato nei pressi di Roma Termini. Utile solo per chi viaggia con molti bagagli e ha la necessità di spostarsi con i mezzi. Il personale è super disponibile sia per check in anticipato che eventuale deposito bagagli in attesa. La stanza è dotata di aria condizionata, minifrigo con freezer, fornetto, asciuga capelli (un po' pericoloso). Erano Presenti asciugamani.
− La pulizia in generale degli ambienti presenta qualche lacuna grave. I servizi '' poco igienici'' da dimenticare completamente. La doccia eroga acqua inizialmente artica e dopo pochi minuti diventa pura lava zenza possibilità di reholazione. Il piatto doccia otturato e tazza con fondo incrostato di qualche liquame Era assente persino il sapone per fare una doccia appena arrivati dopo aver viaggiato (in descrizione era previsto). Porta asciugamani spezzato e inutilizzabile.

− Water ran out multiple tines, stayed 4 days only had one towel, no changes, I had to take the trash out, toiler wouldn't flush, room smelled like cigarettes, on the last day I didnt have water for 12 ours, feces were piling up on the toilet

Worst accommodation we’ve ever stayed in

− Our room was not cleaned when we checked in. There were sanitary wrappers and empty plastic bottles in the bathroom. The shower was full of hair and completely clogged up. The mirror in the bathroom had not even been wiped and was full of toothpaste and water splashes. The guy who checked us in gave us the excuse of 2 messy guys were staying there previously and bringing back girls. Just to top it all off we had NO water in the bathroom so couldn’t even use the toilet. Would not recommend to stay at all
