− Bizim ozellikle bu oteli seçmemizin nedeni odanin 15m2 olarak belirtilmesiydi fakat bize 5 m2 bir oda verdiler itiraz edince 11 m2 oda verdiler çok pişman olduk 690 Eur verdigim bir odanin Booking.com da 15 m2 oda odedigimiz halde farkli oda vermeleri kabul edilemez ayrica sizin rezervasyon sitesinden tesise email ile yazdin ne siz ne de otel dönüş yapmadi bu durumda gelecek seyahatlerimde booking.com ile rezervasyon yapmak istemiyorum.
