2.0Last point was an hour away from center we had to pay lots of money to get there .we had to wait in small little area for owner to let us in as they said money wasn’t clear yet so they were asking us more money .we explained everything that it’s all been paid they could understand English the receptionist couldn’t speak or understand but he sware in English at my brother when he told them to give us our rooms becouse we were really really tired.kids were getting fed up and annoyed.then boss came after 4 hours then he was asking us more money which we refused .i told my Doughter to call your company so you could explain to him that we paid everything.then he said you can stay for 5 days instead of 7 then we have agree on five night becouse we had no choice .when we went in rooms they were very dirty and nasty we stayed only one night then rest of days we had to do rebooking to different hotel in Center .we would like our refund for our accommodation if it’s possible

10.0Из нового аэропорта Истанбул...есть сервисный автобусы прямо в отель. Отель мне понравилась..уютно..чисто...персоны дружнолюбные. Главное кафешки рядом. Мне понравилась.

2.0Watch out for this scam hotel !!! Made a reservation and payment, on location they annuleerd the reservation and didnt give a refund and they also didnt canceled on hotels.com so it looked like we stayed there. SCAM!!! Watch out
