Very very disappointed from Tuyap and hotels.com
2.0I have hotel.com pre paid reservation for 4 nights and I have paid 108$ but the tuyap hotel receptionest refused this reservation and forced me to pay 90$ Extra fees and told me thier fees for these 4 nights should be 200 $ ,I tried to contact with hotels.com many many times a d hotels.com contacting with Tuyap hotel without any soltution , finally I paid 90$ extra to them , then I was very angry and de decidedto leave the Tuyap hotel after 2 nights , Tuyap hotels told me that Hotels.com make a punishment 90 $ to them because they refused my reservation and forced me to pay 90 $ so if I want to go I should carry out the half of this punishment and they gave me 50 $ and discounted 40 $ as a Hotels.com punishment, finally it was a very terrible and I very disappointed from both of Tuyap hotels and Hotels.com , so it will be last time to have hotel reservation by Hotels.com
